The overview shows the current state of the portfolio. A competency is marked as demonstrated only when the corresponding work has been completed and the available evidence supports the capability described on the competency page.

How to read the competency pages¶
Each published competency follows the same general structure:
- What I am able to do — the practical capability demonstrated.
- Professional knowledge — the concepts relevant to the competency.
- Evidence — the work supporting the capability.
- Quality and verification — how the work was checked.
- Evidence boundaries — what the evidence does and does not demonstrate.
- Professional capability demonstrated — a concise evidence-based statement.
The detailed technical material is kept separately in Technical Evidence so that the main competency pages remain focused on professional capability rather than becoming a record of individual commands or procedures.
Portfolio status¶
The portfolio is under active development. The competency framework is fixed, while the evidence is expanded progressively.
The status shown above reflects the current stage of the portfolio and will change as additional competencies are completed and verified.
